Gatorade® Athletes - Kerri Walsh
Before hitting the beach, Kerri Walsh played at Stanford University, where she won a National Championship Player of the Year and was the second player in collegiate history to receive first-team All-American honors four straight times. After graduation, Kerri partnered with Misty May-Treanor to become what has been called the greatest beach volleyball team of all time. This partnership has produced AVP Team of the Year honors for six consecutive years, a 114-game winning streak and gold medals in beach volleyball at both the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
