High Protein Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

Ingredients - Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 Scoop G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Plain
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites or whites from 1 large Egg
  • 1/8 tsp Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 12oz bags frozen Cauliflower Florets thawed
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients - Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup plain, fat-free Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp dried Parsley
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp thinly chopped fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and stir to fully coat.
  4. Spread cauliflower mixture flat on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove cauliflower from oven and toss in buffalo sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you'd like your bites.
  6. While your bites cook, add all ingredients for dipping sauce to a small bowl and whisk until well incorporated.

  • 1 Scoop G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Plain
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Flax Meal

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour or scoop approximately ΒΌ cup batter onto heated pan or griddle. Flip when edges start to brown and bubbles form on top.

Ingredients

  • 4 Scoops G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Plain
  • 6 Cups Brown Rice Crisp Cereal
  • 3/4 Cup all-natural Peanut Butter (or other nut butter), room temperature
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Rice Syrup or Sorghum Syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 10"x10" pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown rice syrup, G ESSNTL Protein Powder and vanilla until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Add brown rice crisps to the peanut butter the mixture. Then, pour mixture into the pan.
  4. Using a spatula, spread mixture out evenly and press into pan so the mixture is compact.
  5. Place into freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving or storing, use a sharp knife to cut your treats into squares.

All-American Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Chocolate
  • 1 1/4 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil, separated
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted Butter, separated
  • 4 Slices Bread
  • 1/2 Cup assorted fresh Berries
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, lightly beat egg whites, G ESSNTL Protein Powder, milk, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar.
  2. Pour onto a shallow baking dish and add bread slices. Turn to coat and press lightly to allow it to soak up mixture.
  3. Let soak for 10 minutes then flip bread and soak second side.
  4. In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp. of grapeseed oil over medium heat.
  5. Carefully lift 2 slices of bread into skillet and cook until golden brown and the center of the bread feel springy when pressed down on it, about 2 minutes per side. Repeat for additional slices.
  6. Top with fresh fruit and maple syrup.

  • 1 Scoop G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cookie Crumbs
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water (adjust to achieve dough-like consistency)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and stir until just combined. Using hands, form approximately one tablespoon of dough into ball shapes. Place on wax paper. Repeat until all dough is used. Chill if desired.
