1 Scoop G ESSNTL Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Plain
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites or whites from 1 large Egg
1/8 tsp Salt and Pepper to taste
2 12oz bags frozen Cauliflower Florets thawed
2 Tbsp Hot Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients - Dipping Sauce
1/2 Cup plain, fat-free Yogurt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp dried Dill Weed
1/4 tsp dried Parsley
1 1/4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp thinly chopped fresh Chives
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add cauliflower florets and stir to fully coat.
Spread cauliflower mixture flat on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from oven and toss in buffalo sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you'd like your bites.
While your bites cook, add all ingredients for dipping sauce to a small bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
