Our Focus
To promote inclusivity in sports, we invest in programs that break down barriers and we focus on audiences who are underrepresented and disenfranchised by barriers that limit play.

Transforming the game starts with us. It’s our responsibility to show future athletes what’s possible. We will continue to bring attention to the importance of sport and the inequities that exist, while elevating athlete voices. Because we know if you can see it, you can be it.
Investing In Communities
As the leader in sports fuel, we have always focused on fueling performance. Now, we are fueling tomorrow. That’s why, in 2022, we committed $10 million plus over five years to tackle challenges head on.
Empowering Leaders
We’re actively creating educational and cultural competency resources to help educate coaches, athletic trainers, and other practitioners by partnering with experts to provide moments of reflection and put actionable insights into practice.
