It did taste good but with a after taste but it mixed well in my water great for a work day or workout at the gym and refreshing. It has great nutrition

Gatorade lower sugar is the right in between not to much sugar and not zero sugar . This helped so much for me to prepare for my bariatric surgery. I still prefer the zero sugar but this is great for ones who are transitioning to sugar free

The Gatorade, little sugar fruit punch taste really good. It has a sweet. fruity flavor without it being too heavy or sugary. it is very refreshing especially when it is cold 10 out of 10.
