You can't go wrong with Vainilla flavor, it's smells kinda sweet which I honestly loved, but my favorite part was definitely the amount of protein absorbed 83% it's amazing.

I love all my muscle milk pro nutrient protein shakes. Because there is no clumping. The ingredients are definitely for muscle building. And the aroma is so sweet honestly, I would put it in every drink if I could.

These are pretty good for a high protein shake on the go. I enjoy having these in the morning on my way to work or on a hike. They are on the thicker side, but they taste better cold or frozen like a slushie and taste almost like a milkshake at that point.

It was actually really nice considering how much protein is included at 42g’s. It’s not too sweet, smooth, not chalky like most protein drinks. Would buy and drink again.
