Muscle milk. I had it when I skipped my meal. Was a great substitute for my dinner. I normally use this kind of product post workout. The taste is pretty light, not extremely sweet, the texture is pretty thin, milk like. I’d buy that kind of drink for myself. Worked well. And I liked how I felt after having it.

This Gatorade muscle milk/ genuine protein shake / chocolate is very good choice of protein shakes . It tastes very good like a chocolate milk but less sugary taste. I prefer to drink it cold especially after some exercise and workout because it tastes really good that way. Texture of the drink is smooth and easy to drink and it is a big bottle. Great as a high protein recovery drink following my HIIT workouts. Very good flavor without that chalky taste you get with most protein drinks! I also like the fact that there are no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or added colors.
