Gatorade Zero Powder is designed to help replenish electrolytes lost through sweat during physical activity, but without the added sugar of original Gatorade Thirst Quencher. Its primary function is to provide hydration and key electrolytes to support performance and recovery.
It provides key electrolytes (sodium/potassium) with zero sugar, making it ideal for hydration during lighter activity.
Gatorade Zero provides the same key electrolytes as regular Gatorade to help replace sweat losses but lacks the sugar (carbohydrates) that the Gatorade Thirst Quencher provides for energy. With zero sugar, Gatorade Zero is best for lighter intensity or shorter duration activity, while Gatorade Thirst Quencher provides fuel for higher intensity or longer (>60 minute) workouts.
Yes – Gatorade Zero has the same level of electrolytes (sodium and potassium) as Gatorade Thirst Quencher.
Gatorade Zero does not contain caffeine.
Yes - Gatorade Zero has 70 mg potassium per powder stick. Yes - Gatorade Zero has 70 mg potassium per tablet. Yes - Gatorade Zero has 120 mg potassium per entire pod (which makes ~30 fl oz).
