It holds a good amount of liquids. It’s a pretty good idea having a bottle and refillable pods. So you can refill it with water anywhere and only have to carry the small pods instead of carrying several bottles of energy drinks. It’s my first time using a squeeze bottle. So idk if it’s just me or it gets a lot of built up pressure inside and then shoots a big gust of air when I try to drink lol.
