It took me a second to figure out how to work the pods, and then I need to press down the lid of the pod onto the Gatorade bottle stopper. I really don’t see a reason why the pod needs to be inserted, as why can’t I just open it up and put the concentrate in any water bottle and then fill it with water. I thought there was a lot of waste also, as each pod is packaged in its own plastic container then you have to use their special large plastic water bottle. That being said, I like the low sugar formula, and would purchase that again. The water bottle did leak and drip down my shirt every time I try to use it, so it won’t be going back to the gym with me for long.

Feels kind of cheap honestly. I do love the spout though, i love that it doesn’t leak out but i don’t have to touch it to open it. Feels cleaner and way easier to use while working out

The bottle was a little confusing since the images look like the pod goes completely inside the bottle but it doesn’t, you just have to push down REALLY hard to get the pod to pop open. Great size though, love it for spin workouts!

I like the bottle, but I’m concerned on how you will clean it and make sure that the seal in the lid will not grow mold. I like the size of the bottle though

Cool bottle, works well for us. However, ours has been used only twice and the personalized part on the lid came off. My 7yo son was very sad.

My bottle tab came off first day I bought it and I can’t find it want e refund for the tab but the rest of it is nice

I ordered the customized water bottles for my son’s football team almost four weeks ago and they have not shipped yet. I’ve received inconsistent responses over email to what the policy is on timeline to ship and delivery (including responses that contradict what is on Gatorade’s website). The latest response said they don’t know the status but regardless will not refund my order so that I can order customized water bottles from a company that can give me a real estimate about when they will be delivered (of which there are many). My multiple requests to speak with someone have also been ignored. The phone number provided on the invoice is to what seems to be a call center, where I was told they don’t have any information on my order and can only ask Gatorade to email me to discuss status.
