I ordered the personalized top on the squeeze gatorade bottle. We already have one broken one, they don't last long. Kids wanted them, so tried to be fun for Christmas and got them personalized. The personalized part came warped and defective. They will not replace the simple piece of plastic with his name on it. 6 emails later they are explaining to me how to put the top one. Really? It's warped. It doesn't work. They win! Pepsi company saves themselves $0.03 worth of plastic rather than have decent customer service.

I loved my bottle at first, it was blue and the flavor pods were so fun to use. Sadly, in a matter of weeks there were leaks. I couldn’t even drink out of it at all without getting spills all over me. This was really upsetting considering how we literally bought from Gatorade.

This bottle leaks from the lid and it doesn't matter how tight you put the lid on or how hard you close the latch. Light squeezes of the bottle make it leak slow and a hard squeeze will shoot liquid out on you. Not worth the money.

Bought a few of these bottles and Gatorades quality control is awful they all have leaks even my brand new one only buy if you can find really cheap

I purchased five personalized bottles for Christmas presents. By mid January, one was leaking and another one’s clasp was falling off repeatedly. It took several phone calls and email messages to get to get a replacement. But, Gatorade didn’t send the whole cap for either, just parts and not even in the matching colors to the ones I already purchased. Right away, my gifts looked mismatched and odd. So much for the personalization. No need! Everyone could tell that the weird one was not theirs and wouldn’t accidentally grab it. I was shocked that a company like Gatorade was so cheap and didn’t want to make their faulty product right! Now, softball season has officially started, and two are leaking regularly: one so bad it won’t ever be used again. This is one that already had a part replaced on it. It literally pours out of the spout, and if you dare squeeze it, out the sides of the cap and all over your front. These are expensive bottles. They should be made better.

Latch was broken when I received it and customer service will not help me get a replacement item. All 3 of my sons got this for Christmas and one of them is so bummed the other two have a new working water bottle and he doesn’t. I have sent 3 emails and placed 2 phone calls and they still haven’t helped me get a new cap. They tried to say they’d send me a new latch to add on myself but it looks like the part you attach it to is damaged. They then made me send them an email with all kinds of info about the bottle and all these numbers all over various parts of it. It has been such a nightmare. There is genuinely no customer service.

Leaks and latch was broken the first day. Bought 2 bottle and sane issue. I guess that's why they were on sale. No happy.
