I purchased five personalized bottles for Christmas presents. By mid January, one was leaking and another one’s clasp was falling off repeatedly. It took several phone calls and email messages to get to get a replacement. But, Gatorade didn’t send the whole cap for either, just parts and not even in the matching colors to the ones I already purchased. Right away, my gifts looked mismatched and odd. So much for the personalization. No need! Everyone could tell that the weird one was not theirs and wouldn’t accidentally grab it. I was shocked that a company like Gatorade was so cheap and didn’t want to make their faulty product right! Now, softball season has officially started, and two are leaking regularly: one so bad it won’t ever be used again. This is one that already had a part replaced on it. It literally pours out of the spout, and if you dare squeeze it, out the sides of the cap and all over your front. These are expensive bottles. They should be made better.
