I’ve never been a fan of Gatorade because of the added sugar and sodium. I do understand the reason of the added sodium, but being that most of us get way too much sodium in our diet anyway, I just don’t feel it’s necessary for me. I hadn’t tried Gatorade in many years, but I enjoyed having something new while I was working out. It was very sweet, but I didn’t mind it while I was working out. I probably won’t re-purchase, but I did enjoy getting to try something new.
