I am training for a half marathon. As summer has decided to take up permanent residence in Georgia this year, we are getting 90 degree days in October! At first the Gatorade Endurance was more salty tasting than I was expecting or like. Thirty minutes into my run I was soaking wet. The Endurance was great. I got through the eight miles still hydrated. It will be my go to drink from now on!

Used this on an out of town ride. Makes easy to use. Even while out on a long ride with water.

Was amazing for my cycling tour around California.

Couldn’t get the 4 oz “Capri sun” endurance pouches, so got this. Reasonable replacement, but can’t take with me on open water swim.

I loved this product before they introduced the "new formula" - it tasted good, was easy to mix with water .... but, this new formula doesn't taste as good and it is *extremely* difficult to get it to dissolve in water. Always end up with clumps of the powder at the bottom of my glass (despite vigorous shaking/stirring).
