This helped a lot with my hydration and the bottle it came with was pretty cool. I was really happy with how hydrated I felt during my workouts when using these. I typically use liquid IV in my drinks, but this is a good substitute

I love using this bottle when I am working in the yard or carrying it when I go on my evening walks. It is easy and very convenient to use. You just fill it with water and when you are ready just squeeze in a Gx pod into the cap. The pods are filled with the right amount of Gatorade concentrate so you aren’t having to measure anything out. This is a plastic bottle so its easy to squeeze and drink. The bottle is dishwasher safe. Overall this is a great bottle and helps to rehydrate you when you need it.

Then just add the Gatorade pods into the bottle. Heavy duty plastic and is easy to handle when excursing or doing other things outside.
