I thought it was so cool!! It was easy to use and didn’t bother me while working out! It was interesting to see my sodium levels and sweat rate! I would give it a 5/5 stars but it is a little pricey

Honestly really neat technology! Love the concept but could use some work to improve. It doesn’t stick well with adequate sweat and collection was challenging but love the suggestions from using it for a better workout/recovery!

Super cool concept with these patches. I like that the app shows you what you are missing and what is needed to help you aide better in your post workout recovery.

Was curious to see how this works and was definitely impressed! It’s not cool proof but it definitely reduces the amount of sweat you would usually have.

Full disclosure: I’m not an athlete nor am I much of a sweater even when pushing myself hard. But I did the best I could and was able to get a reading even from the little my forearm sweated after 30+ minutes of spinning. I am a dietitian that works with athletes and I could definitely see this being a valuable tool for someone who regularly loses a lot of fluid and electrolytes. It can provide a much more precise plan for hydrating. Easy to apply and remove and use with the app!

I am a PT & fitness coach, i workout 4-5x/week with 1 of those days dedicated to a cardio & yoga recovery day. I wore this patch during a run & upper body lift day. I use a thermogenic pre-workout which makes me sweat more but the patch said I had low sodium loss and low water loss- not sure if that was super accurate but informative nonetheless. I wouldn’t recommend this for everyday people and probably won’t purchase it myself unless I start seriously training for an event.

The patch did fall off at one point but it was fun to use along with the Gatorade app. Would likely purchase again.

This sweat patch is a great concept and super fun to play with, but it was a little too wide for my small forearm. It wouldn’t stay sealed onto my arm and would get scrunched in between movements. I did enjoy it, but wish they came in smaller sizes. The sweat patch allows you to learn more about your personal hydration levels. It goes along with an app that you use to scan the patch after a workout and tells you about your sweat rate and sodium concentration. It was really cool to watch my sweat progress on the patch.
