The idea behind this is really cool. You download the gadorade gx app, workout then scan your app which is placed on your forearm. It then tells you your fluid loss, how much water you should drink an how much protein you should eat by the end of the day then some other helpful post workout tips. The patch did not stick to my arm very well after sweating so I think that could be changed but other then that it’s very insightful on some info you wouldn’t really know otherwise.
