I was really excited to try this product and although I think it’s such a cool technology it has room for improvement. I also think this is already really good for athletes but if you’re just a regular person doing some work out it might not be that valuable. I don’t sweat on my arm, where you’re supposed to place the patch. I was drenching in sweat on my forehead, chest and neck but nothing on my arms neither the sweat patch. The app says you have to exercise for at least 20 minutes but my patch didn’t show any color till I was working out for 27 minutes. I worked out for 45 minutes to have 1 line and a half filled (and I did more intense then I usually do, inside the gym in Florida but I turned off all the fans just to sweat more). The app is a little confusing also, it doesn’t let you move forward or backwards and ask questions that I didn’t know the answer, but again, if you’re an athlete and/or really into working out it might be helpful for you. I’m really happy with the rest of the products on the box tho! The bottle and the pods were really cool!
