What a joke of a company. My wife bought 4 insulated bottles in December, one of them was for our son. The lid fell in our dishwasher and melted. I asked if I could buy a replacement lid and they tell me that someone will be in touch. I call again and they ask for a picture of the melted lid. No one on the first call told me to keep the lid. I'm just trying to buy a lid that holds a name plate. Apparently that is not possible. They said all sales are final. Okay, but do you even offer replacement parts? Like a lid? Crickets. Worthless customer service. My wife wants to buy another bottle altogether just for the stupid lid. Personally, I don't plan to ever buy from this company again.

Bought 2 as a Christmas gift. Within days the interior portion of the first bottle was cracked and leaking. Not much longer after that the second one went. Reached out to Gatorade twice and never got a response. Don’t buy this junk. They’re trying to dump this trash on everyone and steal your money.

I personalized this bottle and only owned it a week before it shattered from the bottom. I’m pretty disappointed. The older green style water bottles used to last forever. Ever since Gatorade has done their personalization and unique bottles, they leak or crack and break. My husband is the coach of a hockey team and we keep going back to our same old Gatorade bottles because the new ones just don’t hold up. I wanna love them, but I’m continually disappointed

The company will not allow me to put our last name on there because it’s “offensive”.

Thought since I was using Gatorade powder I'd get a couple of these too. They are missing an o ring or something. Leaks badly no matter how many times you tighten the lid. Just shaking the powder up in the bottles both leaked like crazy. You can only tighten the lid so much before it pops loose and have to retighten it. Get a cheap $2 water bottle. This bottle is worthless

Poor product quality - depending on the angle you drink it at, it leaks, spilling liquid everywhere. Absolutely would not buy again

Bought this for my daughter to have at soccer practices and within weeks it leaks at the gray plastic seem at the top of the bottle (NOT the lid)! where the lid goes on. Now Gatorade will NOT stand by their product and replace!!! I was offered a lid and a gasket, neither of which would resolve the issue.

Been using the bottle for a couple months and now the plastic insert piece won't stay in which causes the bottle to leak. I'd like a new one please!
