Been using the bottle for a couple months and now the plastic insert piece won't stay in which causes the bottle to leak. I'd like a new one please!

I have had this water bottle for less than a week and the insulation cracked so now the water runs in between the insulation and the plastic. Should have just gotten the normal water bottle.
