Use this product as a hydration aid on long distance bike rides. The tablets were here easy to use and store on the bike and quickly dissolved in water. The flavor was good and can be adjusted based on how much you choose to dilute it. It was nice to know exactly how much you were getting per bottle in terms of electrolytes

When I bought this Propel Tablet I was looking for a cheap alternative to the i-pad, imagine my surprise when it showed up and it was just a bunch of tubes full of tiny white disks. Don't buy this it's false advertising
