Ordered this bottle, after 5 weeks i e-mailed customer service and they said that they had lost the bottle. Instead of just sending me another bottle they insisted on giving me a refund and having me re-place the order. If they lost the bottle they should have shipped another without me having to contact them 5 weeks after the order was placed. Had i not contacted them i guess they would have just taken my money and not shipped me anything. Completely unacceptable for a company like Gatorade. Worst customer experience i may have ever had. If i could leave 0 stars i would because again, if i hadn’t contacted them they would have just stolen my money and never said anything.
