My daughter really likes these bottles, however, with the Glitched Guava bottle the rubber piece inside the nozzle has shifted and the bottle leaks. I do not put the bottles/caps in the dishwasher to prevent damage. I tried to contact Gatorade customer service to see about purchasing a new cap however the Contact Us messaging has been disabled as I cannot send my message, a phone call is disconnected by the company after 2.5 minutes and the Email Us option is also disabled. I deleted my history just to be sure that it wasn't a problem on my end when sending a message. Quite disappointed in the customer service considering the cost of these bottles.

This bottle’s coloring is much darker than the picture. The marbled white looks light blue and white online, but it has dark blue and even green on it. If you do personalization, just be aware that the font is smaller than other bottles, probably to accommodate the color stripe on the lid. I ordered 5 bottles and this style’s font is noticeably smaller. Also, the clip on the cap that opens up for the pod keeps coming dislodged or falling off all together. It’s annoying to keep clipping it back on, and now it doesn’t latch tightly on the bottom anymore. I have reached out for a replacement lid. So far, the other bottles latch fine. If you don’t plan to use pods, this isn’t a big deal because the cap does unscrew and can be filled that way. But, if you do use pods, it is annoying. The bottle itself is a great size, easy to squeeze and does not leak.

I got this water bottle in like September and for the first week it was working fine the design is very pretty so as my customized top. Within 2 days weeks the cap broke off and I had to push it back on. Also within that same week the bottle was leaking no matter how tight you close it it’ll leak. It is cute tho and if you can bear the leaking then I guess you should buy. But personally I’m getting sick of it. I bought it for basketball season and it’s coming up and the lid still leaks. My friends ask for waterfalls and when they do it water spills everywhere and it’s embarrassing. The middle part to put pods in keeps on breaking and it’s annoying. I hope I can get a replacement lid in time for basketball season but I’ve hard their customer service isn’t the best. So take my advice do NOT buy

My son probably only used this a handful of times in the month of ownership and the pattern is peeling off the bottle on all sides. Since it was a gift they won’t replace. See photo.

Made of very cheap thin plastic. Haven’t used it yet. Received two days ago, I was washing it and noticed the side leaking, so it came damaged. The design looks good but that’s about all. Would not recommend or buy again. I would like to replace it with a stainless steel one. I will be contacting this company.

Like many of the people that have posted before me we have three leaking bottles. The part that continues to fail on ours is the internal nipple that is silicone or whatever. The one that you look inside and has the “+” cut into it. It frequently becomes dislodged causing the contents to leak all over everything. I have been able to reassemble it several times but it is annoying that it continues to happen and on the field in the middle of a game is not the time to learn your bottle is empty because it was laying on its side too long under the bench.

I got this water bottle for my granddaughter for Christmas, and she was SO excited to get it. When she used it the next day, she found that it leaked from the lid, no matter how tightly it was closed. I contacted customer service and they did get back to me…to inform me that this item is NON-REFUNDABLE! And then they had the nerve to ask me to provide details on the problem so they can improve in the future. In the meantime, my granddaughter is quite disappointed and so am I. I have a new water bottle that can’t be used.
