got mine that never turned on in the first place, DONT BUY. Customer support pretty much told me sales are final and to go kick rocks. Lol unbelievable

It broke and stopped charging was denied money back when my second one came without turningon

Really cool idea and was fun to charge and setup. The bottle top was damaged from shipping and doesn't allow the cap to close tight. This causes water to spill if I use the water bottle as a water bottle. When reaching out to support was informed that the sales were final which means I wasted $60 for something that leaks and I can't use.

I got this bottle for christmas have had it "charging" for god knows how long now and yes its had a stable connection the outlet works and so does the block that its connected to works also, it just has zero sign of wanting to turn on and this thing is brand new i just took it out of the box no drops nothing. Dont waste your money unless theyre gonna send a working one to you, also there support page is so utterly confusing makes it so hard to actually send in a report to even get the issue resolved

1. Stopped working after I dropped it from 3 feet. When it did work, it was inaccurate. 2. The lights are very annoying. I thought they only came on when you press the button, but no, they flash every time you take a drink from it, which is just obnoxious. There is no way to turn that off either. Don't waste money on this.
