I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I used this in place of my normal fruit-infused water for a workout. The flavor is overwhelmingly sweet for oranges, likely from the 10g of added sugar. I expected a salty aftertaste due to the sodium content.. This would be an ok option for non-diabetic individuals without cardiac or renal issues to rehydrate after workouts if used in place of a higher sugar alternative. Given that products marketed toward increasing hydration are typically expensive, I do not see myself converting to this product over fresh fruit in water.
