I love these things! So easy and convenient! Literally pour your water and drop it in! Only thing is I feel like you need more water than it says! But each person is different with flavor 🤷🏻‍♀️

Taste is great, I didn’t expect them to taste as good as they did. I did add a bit more water to them to kinda dilute the powder. Recommend for athletes or those who work outside and need a pick me up
