Had trouble staying hydrated one day after getting these so they helped a lot! The orange flavor tastes amazing! Definitely buying more to keep in my car for those hot summer days!

I love gatorlyte  and I drink it all the time when I need a lot of hydration it has extra electrolytes which are really help after a tough workout and is an overly sweet like a lot of the other beverages out there. 

The orange flavor is the best flavor Gatorade has in my opinion, I loved the taste and I love having this everyday while I’m on the go because it’s so convenient.

Just have to drop one tablet from the compact resealable tube in my 20oz bottle of water, let it fizz and within minutes I have my flavored water ready. It's a convenient way to add flavor and electrolytes to my water and keep me hydrated. They are sugar-free, low-calorie and tastes great. Definitely recommended!

This is a good tasting water enhancer and hydration booster. I enjoyed the flavor and the added hydration I get from it. I like the portability of the packets and be able to have them on hand when needed. This is a good workout product or when you need extra hydration. The price is also worth it for the quality of the product.
