Easy for when you are carrying around a water bottle when going to the gym for the electrolytes. It’s individually packaged so you can just carry one in your purse ,bag, and backpack. I love the taste as well.

Propel, is definitely my favorite, especially kiwi strawberry and grape. But these taste weird to me, bitter maybe? But my son loves it and ask for it every morning before school!

I like the Gatorlyte powder that comes in individual packages which are great for convenience and portability and it's wonderful that it has no artificial sweetners or flavors. It tastes just like citrus juice, very tangy and flavorful. It really does hydrate and are perfect enough to carry around when I am hiking!

Gatorade can never let you down. Such a great recovery after being outside in Houstons hot weather all day. Great for during and after sports game or practice.

I started taking these Gatorlyte Powder packets during my workouts and I loved the Kiwi Strawberry flavor. It was refreshing and had a smooth flavor while not being overpowering. Sometimes drinks like this can make you sick of the flavor after awhile but these Gatorlyte Powder packets are different. The flavor is true to the description but it is light and you enjoy it all the way through. It made my workout so much better and I enjoyed my drink during my breaks and it kept me hydrated. I definitely recommend Gatorlyte Powder packets to those trying to stay hydrated.
