I don’t normally use products like this but have up’d my cardio so it was perfect. I used it before a workout and during and honestly pretty good. I prefer drink water though so it just depends. The flavors is delicious , better than I expected but more water helps with the flavor

The flavor of this was almost to that of orange juice a little aesthetic, but didn’t taste bad, drinking it cold instead of lukewarm and proved the flavor. I enjoyed it overall.

I’m currently breastfeeding and drink 1-2 electrolyte drink per day. I love the flavor. It reminds me of the emergen-c super orange flavor. It’s easy to pour into a bottle for on the go. Great value!

the taste of this reminded me of fanta in a great way. It dissolved quickly and didn’t leave a residue on my cup. I felt hydrated and would definitely add this in after a work out or a day I failed at drinking enough water.
Don’t Like the Orange Flavor, but…

I didn’t like the flavor, but, the benefits outweigh that. The packet is easy to take with you—say in a purse or backpack—but it’s kinda messy to open. It’s low in calories and is great for post workout recovery, so I can’t complain!

Orange is not my favorite flavor but I don’t mind it. If you like orange you’ll love this! It’s so perfect to take with you and throw in a water bottle to keep you feeling good and hydrated!

The orange flavor tastes really good and doesn’t taste to salty. I’ve noticed other brands leaving a weird aftertaste. They’re very convenient to throw in my purse or diaper bag. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

If you spent the night partying like you were a teenager again, and woke up in adulthood reality, here’s your cure. Crap a packet of this, toss it in some water and you’ll be good to go in no time. I don’t particularly love the flavor but it works!

These packets taste alot like the bottles but maybe a tad less sweet. This flavor is NOT sugar free and probably for that reason was the tastiest. No after taste and definitely rehydrates me!
