My kids liked designing their own water bottles. I was disappointed because one came with their name written from top to bottom the other with it written from bottom to top. The display visual shows the names written from bottom to top. I guess it’s not that big of deal.

The bottle is great and looks cool. But, the orange lid broke and I cannot find a way to replace it.

We bought 2 and both lids broke in the first month of use due to the kids dropping their bottles

I keep trying to email via the Contact Us link in the email I received when my order shipped and the site keeps timing out. Maybe I will get a response here?? I paid $37 for an Aja Wilson Gatorade bottle and the orange lid is broken and doesn’t latch. Didn’t even use it yet. How do I get a refund/replacement?
