I have recently started dieting. And the muscle milk protein shake it helping with it. It has 25g of protein with no sugar. I like the vanillla crème. 25g of protein pack ever in a bottle. It’s pretty good for the value. It’s a ready to drink shake, with a twist cap. It comes ready to drink so does not require mixing with ingredients like milk etc.
