Grab this muscle milk after practice and it’s actually solid. Taste like real chocolate milk instead of. that chalky protein stuff, and 26g protein for 170 calories is pretty good for the calories. The bottle is easy to carry, and you don’t need to keep it cold till you open it. Only thing is there is a slight protein after taste, and it’s kind of pricey. But if you need something quick after a workout or breakfast, it does the job.
