It was good, a little chacky. It was very convenient and the size was a great soze. Easy to store and easy to use.. i feel it did it’s purpose and gave some energy

The consistency is a little too thin for me. You get a lot in just one bottle. I love the way the bottle looks and it was easy to carry in my purse to enjoy on the road. The bottle is very thick and durable. The taste isnt bad just not what I personally like. Very artificial tasting. I wish it were more thick, but that's just me. Good product.

This was my first time trying Muscle Milk. I usually make my own protein shake after a workout. Having it already made is definitely content; however, I wasn’t a fan of the after taste. The texture was also a little too watery for me. Other than that it’s not horrible.

My initial impression of this Vanilla Crème shake was really positive. The flavor is great—it actually tastes like a smooth vanilla treat rather than a heavy wellness supplement. The consistency is perfect, not too thick or watery, and there's absolutely none of that chalky texture you get with some brands. With 26g of protein from ultra-filtered milk and no artificial sweeteners, it's a great value for a clean post-workout recovery drink. It hits the spot and keeps me full.

I do have to say that this product is way better ice cold. It has a great amount of nutrients and vitamins . It is easy to drink and the consistency is very creamy. It is not the cheapest shake but it is a pretty good size bottle for the value. I could use these more on gym days. 💪

Ultra filtered milk protein shakes are all the rage right now and this was a new one for me. I like the texture of the shake, no off putting thickness or chunks. I tried mine cold from the fridge but this doesn’t need to be refrigerated which is convient. The only thing I didn’t like is the stevia forward after taste. If you like stevia as your sweetener you’ll love this shake. The macros are great at 170 cal and 26g protein.

This Muscle milk protein shale was just ok. The consistency was great. Not very thick but still had a creaminess. The chocolate flavor did have a little bit of an aftertaste( maybe even a bit metallic tasting) drank this after I’m going to the gym, but maybe next time I would blend it with some ice or PB powder. It definitely has to be cold. I think I don’t know if I would be able to drink at room temp.

Tastes like smooth yet very sweet vanilla bean ice cream except there’s 26g of protein!! Convenient on the go option that’s perfect for busy ppl
