It’s hard to find a good pre packaged protein drink but this takes the cake, always my go to protein shake when I’m in a pinch after the gym. My favorite is the vanilla flavor. It never taste chalky and it’s the perfect amount of shake to sustain me before my next meal .

The drink is ready to drink and just requires a bit of shaking -‘d there are so issues with dissolvable or clumping. The smell is pleasant and sweet without being too overbearing. The ingredients provide a good amount of protein and vitamins making it easy to use after the gym. The bottle is a bit heavy compared to other protein milk drinks I’ve had but it’s still easy and convenient to carry around.
