I typically get my workout in early in the morning so most days I don’t have time to make breakfast. My favorite way to drink these protein shakes are to add a little bit of cold brew and sometimes ice as a pre-workout meal because I don’t like to work out on a heavy stomach. I like these muscle milk high protein shakes because you can tell that the milk is ultrafiltered giving it a smoother taste. My favorite is the chocolate flavor. They have 26 g of protein, which is roughly 52% of your daily value, 60% of your daily calcium as well as 40% of your daily vitamin D. The sweetener is a Stevia leaf extract so that’s where the sweet taste comes from. I personally prefer that over other artificial sweeteners, however.
