Pool days, coaching and content creation don’t stop, so neither does fueling my body. The Vanilla Cream Muscle Milk has been my go to for a quick protein boost on the go!

As far as protein drinks go, this was not my favorite. It seems to me more like a marketing gimmick of “look how much protein I have!” rather than offering any actual nutritional value. I thought it might at least taste good, I thought wrong. Nothing to write home about here.

This is just like every other vanilla protein shake. I was really excited to try the vanilla creme, but it just felt like a chalky lightly flavored milk. The bottle is great for me to take on the go and I love using it to get my protein goals in, I just wish there was something to make it stand out.

I drank the protein milk as a meal replacement option to tidy me over for an early dinner. The milk comes in an easy to bottle and I like that it is resealable. It has a pleasant chocolate smell. However it doesn't have much of a chocolate taste. The taste is very mild and it has more of a powdery unpleasant aftertaste. I was not too fond of the aftertaste and it ruined the chocolate milk experience for me. I can tell that I was drinking something that had extra protein or something else other than just plain chocolate milk.

While, chocolate muscle milk isn’t my favorite, it did taste better than I had expected. The aftertaste isn’t too bad and I do love the amount of protein that it contains. 

It was good, a little chacky. It was very convenient and the size was a great soze. Easy to store and easy to use.. i feel it did it’s purpose and gave some energy

The consistency is a little too thin for me. You get a lot in just one bottle. I love the way the bottle looks and it was easy to carry in my purse to enjoy on the road. The bottle is very thick and durable. The taste isnt bad just not what I personally like. Very artificial tasting. I wish it were more thick, but that's just me. Good product.

This was my first time trying Muscle Milk. I usually make my own protein shake after a workout. Having it already made is definitely content; however, I wasn’t a fan of the after taste. The texture was also a little too watery for me. Other than that it’s not horrible.
