This packet was great to add to my water while at work. But could defiantly take with on the go if running late or needing some hydration. Doesn't have an aftertaste like some of those mix in.

I was kind of skeptical to try these Gatorade packets when I received my free sample from Pinchme in the mail, but these packets are great. They have Great flavor and really make me feel better after a hard workout.
