I only drink water and Gatorade so this one was easy for me. The flavor is nice, it's not to heavy on the citric acid so I like that it doesn't aggravate my acid reflux. It's smooth taste is great for after workout, or just as a regular beverage.

I really like this product because that would give me energy.
