I love the berry flavor, this hydration booster drink mix is exactly what i needed after doing my exercise and finish work at office. These packets are great if you are traveling and can't take regular drinks with you . The powder mixes in well (make sure you use enough water, it's supposed to go with 20 oz of water). Price is competitive, effective for hydration. Definitely recommended!
