Nice hydration booster I like the single serve powder and I feel more hydrated than just plain water. Nice citrus berry flavor and sometimes I add protein to it as well. Not clumpy and mixes well.

Of all the electrolytes I've tried, this one is the best one so far. The taste is my favorite, it's not too sweet, it doesn't leave that weird after taste in your mouth. I think the price is good. I would really buy it again.

Pro: I think these hydration packets are great. They’re really convenient and easy to carry around. They’re a little too sweet for my taste, but I definitely did feel more hydrated after drinking. They are good flavors I did try both the citrus berry and the watermelon strawberry. Con: I think it’s a little pricey for a packet of 6 that you’re paying almost 10 dollars when you can get a better brand for a little more but almost 3-4 times more.

These are so good! They kept me hydrated throughout the day and there was no weird after taste. I like that it came in singles and I could just throw it in my purse or gym bag.

I tried these out ironically a day after drinking lol I was hungover, and I want to say it truly helped. I was feeling dehydrated that day so I did take a couple of things aside from these and I felt a lot better. These taste so good, they have a very good sweet flavor but not too sweet. I suggest you drink these with lots of ice or real cold. Makes it even tastier
