I've had several different kinds of hydration boosters, but now I can associate the products with Gatorade another hydration solution. Gatorade is Bridging the Gap between their liquid drinks and now powder form hydration options. I tried one of these at my bachelor party and then again recently with this sample. I appreciated the taste and drinkability. It also really did work on the hydration piece as I did not feel nearly as thirsty while sipping this and after finishing the bottle. I love how versatile it is because you can pour this in a water bottle of your choosing and 20 oz of water for the perfect ratio. Most people use these with the 16 oz water bottles but I like the versatility.
