This is like gatorade's version of a liquid IV. I used about 20 oz of water, added the citrus berry packet and shook very well. The taste is not bad. It definitely tastes citrusy. I definitely felt hydrated after drinking. This was exactly what i needed after a night out drinking.

This was kind of disappointing! I was kind of iffy about the flavor choice but I gave it a try anyways and mixed it with 20oz of water (the picture doesn’t accurately represent this, but I split it with my partner!) First sip: VERY salty/tangy. I did not expect the flavor to be like that, but it did remind me of other electrolyte drinks (liquid IV) but after the initial taste, the next sips were more pleasant. I enjoyed drinking it overall but I would most likely pick a different flavor next time. The packaging was easy to use, explained the ingredients, and nutritional facts well. I wish it explained more about the “science backed hydration” somewhere on the package but Gatorade is a very well known and trusted company so it wasn’t a huge issue for me. I paid $7.98 at my local walmart for 6 packets which was a better deal for me than getting Liquid IV packets for $15-20 for a box of 8! I would purchase again, but in a different flavor.

I thought these were okay. The drink is not super sweet but tastes overly of vitamins. The berry flavor comes in more as an aftertaste. I also found that the powder is a little difficult to dissolve initially. That being said, I think these would still be great for hydration therapy after workouts and for illness. They are clearly packed with all the vitamins and minerals that are helpful for recovery.

I use hydration boosters/electrolyte replacements fairly often, in comparison to the others I’ve used, this one is a lot sweeter in taste and isn’t as salty. It definitely seems to quench my thirst more than regular water or even a Gatorade. It did seem unusually difficult to get it to mix together, and there were a lot of big clumps I had to break up before drinking it. The flavor is good, definitely more of a citrus taste than berry. I would use this product again.

I don’t mind the taste, but I don’t love it. I wish it were just berry flavored. It almost has a vitamin aftertaste if that makes sense. I do prefer this over liquid IV flavors though! I would buy this again if needed!

This electrolyte powder does what it needs to. It will definitely hydrate you. However, if taste is important to you, you may be disappointed. It’s named a “Berry Citrus” flavor. However, the first ingredient is dried watermelon powder, which is what I feel the flavor is. You can also taste all the vitamins they add. On the positive side, it wasn’t as expensive as other brands. If you’re looking for a quick hydrating drink and don’t mind what I’ve mentioned, I would say this is worth it.

Its basically like other brands of hydration. Very thick. I personally am not a fan of this particular flavor. Taste almost like medicine. I would probablly just stick to my normal gatorade then these. However they are quick and useful on the go. If I have a water bottle to mix it in i most likely have access to a gatorade already made.

The Gatorade Hydration Booster Powder is a easy to use product that is super convenient. I like the packet form because it’s easy to be able to dump into a water bottle and shake then it’s ready to go! It has a perfect mix of electrolytes along with other vitamins. It works really well but the flavor isn’t my favorite. Overall really good !
