I liked the taste of this. It was less salty tasting. I still could taste the salty flavor, but, it didn't last for very long compared to regular Gatorade. It i is conveinent, as I can carry a packet in my purse and make it with a cold bottle of water. It dissolved completely in the water, no clumps of powder.

I got it as a sample. I tried Gatorade Hydration Booster during a week of hot weather and long workouts, and it really helped me stay hydrated. The flavor is light and not too sweet, which made it easy to drink throughout the day. I liked that it didn’t have any artificial stuff and still gave me the energy I needed. it's easy to use and very convenient to have around. it's also a space saver during travels or outdoor activities. would purchase it to use at home and while on trips.
