I have started to drink hydration packets within the last six months. Going through perimenopause means women need more hydration, and these packets are such a great way to do that. I received a free sample packet of the Gatorade hydration booster in the tropical mango flavor and I loved it. I love that it is flavored with dried watermelon juice and I’m happy with the ingredients. I’ve already purchased a box of the citrus berry flavor and the strawberry watermelon flavor and they are both delicious!

I loved the fruity flavors and it was super easy to dissolve in my water bottle. It is packed with nutrients and electrolytes, which helped keep dehydration at bay, especially when temperatures were almost 100 degrees outside. These are also very compact and portable, which makes it easy to pack on camping trips or while on-the-go. I will even keep a few of these in my bag and car, so I can keep hydrated while on-the-go!

This is a phenomenal product! When I tried this, I had a terrible cold. I felt run down and I didn’t feel like eating or drinking. I could tell my body was getting very dehydrated and I kept feeling worse and worse! My lips were dry, my mouth was dry, my eyes were dry and I was extremely constipated to the point of bad stomach pains all from being dehydrated. I decided to try one of these Gatorade Hydration Booster Drinks and I have to admit, I was t expecting anything spectacular, (if anything at all!). After I finished my entire drink, I felt quite full! About 30-45 minutes after completing the drink, I was able to use the restroom and that solved my stomach pains all and constipation that I had from being dehydrated. I did notice my mouth, eyes and lips also weren’t near as dry as before. Ima believer in this drink for sure! It’s like an adult Pedialyte. I’m going to definitely always have this on hand for times like this.

I received a sample of this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I love the benefits of drinking this. This product contains electrolytes, vitamins, and all sorts of good stuff! This is a great drink for when I'm sick, exercising, or just when I'm thirsty. It's very convenient to use as the packet can be taken anywhere and then simply added to water. The only drawback for me is the flavor. The initial taste is great, but there is a weird aftertaste. But, because of the many benefits of drinking this, I still plan to purchase occasionally. I recommend it to anyone that want to replenish their electrolytes and overall hydration.

My husband works outdoors and gets dehydrated very quickly and this was just perfect. It's convenient mix it with water and down the hatch.
