These are fantastic if you’re a runner and you need a quick pick me up. I’d always bring a bag with me when doing a 5 or 10k to keep going. Eatting one or two here and there with water will keep you hydrated and in first place.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen this product when they were out in my store I’d buy them before Karate. Like eatting candy with all the convent benefits for me to performe better in class.

The flavor is really good. They didn't have a bad aftertaste. I wouldn't say I noticed a difference in my energy. It definitely was great to have when I needed something but didn't have a drink. I don't really think they are the best value at least where im at they are a bit pricey for the amount. They are great to have on a hike or road trip. The convince of them is amazing.
