Gatorade is pretty good on its own, but the powder option is nice and portable. Saves space and hydrating. Pretty yummy, and dissolves nicely in the bottle.

My son loves these for soccer practice! And he has it everyday of the week so this is very hydrating for him!! He gets the energy he needs and it’s super cheap to get a big bag!

He already loved the flavor, but was excited for additional energy and if he could use after a workout. The powder dissolves quickly, though definitely don’t put it in more than 12ish ounces, otherwise it dilutes. He used it after he forgot to eat one day, and he felt super hydrated and less shakey after just a few minutes. Would recommend.
