It dissolves easily and comes in a convenient travel sized packets, that are easy to open. I also like that it is clear with no added dyes, contains electrolytes, and has no sugar. A good option if you prefer a sweeter, more flavorful sports drink.

These packets taste so much like a normal Gatorade that you would buy in a bottle. This lemon lime flavor has a bit more of the salty electrolyte flavor than others but it’s still pretty good. I’m impressed you can add a single packet to a 20oz water bottle and the flavor still packs a punch.
