This is a great product to replenish the electrolytes in your body. It dissolves well in water, does not have an aftertaste, and is flavorful. The consistency is good.

This is a nice refreshing strawberry flavor. It’s not too salty and it’s not too sweet and it would be helpful for hydration on the go. I like to carry these with me in case I get overheated or dehydrated.

I really liked this flavor the best. It taste a lot like the regular Gatorade with the extra sugar. I felt well hydrated after drinking this and it did helpy POTS symptoms.

Taste was okay. But I love Gatorade zero already so the fact it comes in these convenient pouches are a game changer. My kids and I love Gatorade zero
