I actually shared this one with a friend. They were so excited about it said they had a great day love that and gave me great feedback on it note I don’t work out too much so I just decided to try it with someone that does work out and they enjoyed it.

I didn’t really drink this to use it for it’s actual purpose. I was drinking it for its great flavor and it was a great mixture of hydration and great taste. I like it tho overall

powder itself does not have a scent that is not bad. Dissolves easily in water. After taste is normal for a powdered drink. It’s not very strong. Drink is not sweet at all
