Doesn't change the texture of the water at all! Gave me extra energy and had great ingredients! The flavor had no aftertaste and the smell was so so good! Instructions were very clear, has the best value!

It has a good flavor, I yielded a lot, I practically prepare the same amount that a normal bottle brings, I like that I can take it anywhere sun I took up a lot of space, it dissolves quickly and keeps very well, it is easy to prepare, because you only need water and that’s it.

It tastes good, I like how quickly it dissolves and how practical the packaging is, it allows me to take it everywhere, it is to have your moisturizing drink everywhere, with easier transport and has a good performance.

The only reason im giving this less than 5 stars is because i'm a huge fan of the bottled gatorade glacier freeze flavor and it tastes slightly different. For a no sugar hydration drink it is still pretty good though. Its easy to tear off the top of the package and pour in a water bottle. It dissolves quick and works!

I really love that this mixes in my water bottle so easily. Smells just like cherry and taste really refreshing. So simple to use and easy to take with me wherever I go.

Pretty good flavor and so easy to use. I love that I can take these packets anywhere so easily. The drink isn’t too sweet but I can taste some artificial sweetener.

Gatorade is always a hit for me because of the electrolytes in it that keep me going. While lemon lime is not my favorite flavor, I appreciated the zero sugar and how easily the powder mixed with water. The flavor was still “there”—tasting like “regular” Gatorade which was a pro. I’m glad for the electrolytes the most, and the zero sugar is awesome, but it’s just not a favorite flavor.

I recently received this courtesy of Influenster, but all opinions are my own. I’ve always loved Propel, and this ultra hydration version really came in handy after my mastectomy surgery. With all the protein and salt I needed to keep in my system, the sodium in Propel helped reduce swelling a bit. While I typically prefer the ready-to-go Propel bottles, this version was super convenient for grabbing on the go, especially at work or when I needed something more than water while running errands. It’s an easy, effective way to stay hydrated and support recovery.
