I loved this strawberry ice flavor. It was nice and refreshing. It tastes delicious. Helps me stay hydrated. I love drinking it after working out or being outside for an extended time. However, it's perfect for anytime! It really helps with drinking water. It gives you an alternative flavor. I like this option way better than soda or something with sugar.
